Terms & Conditions

Definitions:

1. 'We', 'us', 'the website', 'supplier' means yourphotooncanvas.org.uk

2. 'Customer', 'client', 'buyer', 'consumer', means the individual or company who purchases a product or service from yourphotooncanvas.org.uk

These terms and conditions apply to all provision of services to the consumer by yourphotooncanvas.org.uk.

Prices are as stipulated on the website and may be subject to change at any time. The total price of goods and services will be displayed at the checkout prior to confirmation of the order.

Goods will not be despatched until payment has been made in full, unless the client is a Trade Account Holder who has made a prior arrangement with yourphotooncanvas.org.uk

Yourphotooncanvas will proceed with the order once payment is completed. We will complete the order with all reasonable care and skill.

Frame sizes are reasonably accurate but may not be exact. Images will be reproduced exactly as supplied and according to the selected options, though may be subject to careful cropping depending on the frame dimensions selected. We cannot be held responsible for colour matching.

Our canvas preview system gives an approximate guide to the appearance of the finished product and is not an exact representation of the finished photo canvas.

By supplying an image to yourphotooncanvas.org.uk you agree to allow us to use that image in future advertising, promotion or to feature on the website.

Yourphotooncanvas.org.uk reserve the right to refuse any order placed.

We will deliver your product as quickly as possible We cannot be held responsible for delays occuring due to the courier company. Please check your delivery prior to signing for it, as we will not be liable for missing or damaged items unless it is brought to the attention of the courier at the time of delivery. Do not sign for the delivery until you are satisfied it is in perfect condition.

Any issues regarding the piece of artwork delivered to you must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

If the piece of artwork is faulty, you must contact us prior to returning it. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to us in the first instance, however this cost may be refunded if the fault is deemed to be that of yourphotooncanvas.org.uk

We cannot accept return of non-faulty goods.

Images deemed not of a suitable content will not be processed by yourphotooncanvas.org.uk
